Conversions

We can electrify just about any bike/trike that has been manufactured within the last 10-12 years with most of the features listed below. (some optional or have different options) Any older than that and we may not be able to install the PEDAL ASSIST SYSTEM (PAS) on your bike/trike. What is PAS? Speed assist system while pedaling.

We can convert your bike/trike to the following motors.

Pricing for each motor & kit depends on the style and size of bike, motor and battery, style of LCD read out and other features. Please contact us for a quote. 507-429-3529.

For Front hub motor:
  • Side view picture of bike
  • Picture of your handle bars
  • Picture of your pedal crank (left side) with space measurement
  • Picture of your brakes and shifters (close up. Are they molded?)
  • Width measurement of front tire mounts (Inside to inside)
  • Tire size (On the side wall of the tire)
  • Width measurement of rear wheel mount (Outside to outside)
  • How many speeds?
  • Do you have a water bottle mount?
  • What kind of brakes does your bike have?

Notes:

I may need the INSIDE measurement of your bike frame for a "shark, bottle or silver fish" style battery mounting. Head tube, top tube, down tube and seat tube.

750w motors (Max speed 20mph)

500w motors (Max speed 18mph)

250w motors (Max speed 15mph)

The motor and battery will add about 24 -30lbs to your bike or trike
